Charlotta Levin – VP Design & Product Management – Wallvision Sweden
Charlotta has more than 19 years of experience working in international fashion retail business with a degree in Textile & Economics. Having spent 4/5 years working in Turkey and China has given her a strong understanding of cultural and market differences and a global commercial perspective. Charlotta has deep knowledge of working with trend & market analysis, product & collection portfolio development, always with a consumer perspective in mind. In 2016 she joined the wallpaper industry as VP Design & Product Management for WallVision AB heading their four different wallpaper brands and design teams for Boråstapeter, Engblad & Co, Mr Perswall and Cole & Son. “I am proud working with two of Scandinavia´s and one of U.K´s oldest wallpaper brands with our fantastic heritage and knowing that we continuously develop our brands to satisfy the market’s interest in new designs, colours and textures. I am currently embracing the opportunity; this new challenge gives me working with another great passion in life – interior design!”
Marc Roylance – Design Director – Fine Décor Wallcoverings Limited
A second generation wallpaper designer, his father being an Art Director for Vymura Wallcoverings in the UK, Marc had wallpaper in the blood. After studying illustration at University, Marc began his design career at Coloroll Wallcoverings under the tutelage of John Wilman in 1996. In the late 90’s, whilst at Coloroll, Marc started styling wallpaper collections for many of the U.S.’s major distributers, as well as working with varied UK and Export accounts. Marc joined Fine Decor in 2008 as Design Manager, covering mainly the UK market, in 2010 was promoted to Design Director covering all world markets. He works closely with customers, suppliers and the factory to ensure that new interesting processes and techniques are constantly being developed, as well as travelling the world to search for new design trends.
Nicola Bradshaw – Design Manager – Holden Decor Limited
Nicola’s interest and passion for wallpaper and fabric design started at a young age, watching her mother Carol produce colour separations by hand. This inspired her to follow in Carol’s footsteps and, after studying in Surface Pattern and Print, she joined Crown Wallcoverings in 2001. Here she gained considerable knowledge of commercial design and colour within a production environment and, after a short spell working on bedding, cushions and wallpapers at ZAP, she joined the design studio of successful wallpaper company Holden Decor in 2007. Now design manager, she works with multiple manufacturers all over the world to create fresh, exciting designs whilst ensuring that the company is at the forefront of experimenting with the latest technologies and techniques. With her extensive knowledge of the industry, and her keen eye for colour and trends, she enjoys the challenge of leading and inspiring the creative team at Holden in launching a wide range of wallcoverings and international pattern book collections each year.
Abigail Watson –Marketing Director – The Surface Print Company Limited
Since long before Abigail can remember, wallpaper has been a significant part of her family’s heritage. Having trained as an Interior Designer at Leeds Metropolitan University, Abigail spent ten years working in Kitchen and Bathroom Design at Poggenpohl. Abigail developed her design skills through the restoration and regeneration of residential buildings, focusing particularly on design ideas and implementation, the specification of materials and colour consultancy. Abigail’s passion for Interior Design, combined with her instinctive wallpaper knowledge meant that it was only natural when she took the decision to join her family’s wallpaper manufacturing business ‘The Surface Print Company’ in 2012. Abigail and her brother James are the fourth generation of ‘Watsons’ to be involved in wallpaper and her current role as Sales & Marketing Director sees Abigail working alongside many high-end brands, providing design consultation, trend advice and printing expertise. Exploring interior trends worldwide, whilst managing the company’s sales and marketing teams – Abigail is the face of the Surface Print Company. Abigail has recently become a mother to baby ‘Ella Rose’ – her biggest challenge to date!

Clare originally trained as a graphic designer but over the last 20 or so years has become a specialist in high quality printed wallpapers. Her career started in the toy industry before spent 7 years in greeting card publishing where she rose to Creative Director level. Eleven years ago she left this behind to move into the world of high-end wallcoverings with Anstey Wallpaper where she heads up the design team creating wallcoverings, using the broadest range of print processes in Europe, offering a full service in-house design studio and supporting customers through every stage of the development process. Her passion is for pushing the boundaries of what is possible in print by seeing the technicalities of manufacturing as a constant source of inspiration.
Category Two – Limitless – Robin Bancroft – Design Technical Director – Arthouse Limited
Robin Studied textiles and surface pattern design at Stockport College and initially worked for Royal Doulton Table Ware as a junior designer. From there he started his career in wallcoverings that spans over 35 years. Forbo Mayfair based in the North East is where he gained valuable knowledge of the industry. After 11 years he then moved to Crown Wallcoverings where he spent 10 years as a Senior Design Manager creating product for the export department, the UK and National accounts. In 2002 he moved to Arthouse Ltd. becoming Design Director in 2005 and a shareholder in 2007. Currently his role is more on the technical side of wallcovering production but still has a passion for repeated design, especially wallpaper and printed textiles. Robin is experienced in all the varied types of wallcovering production and has knowledge of world markets and has travelled extensively to all the major export countries.
Category Three – Time Out – Ellice Solomon – Designer – CWV Wallcoverings Limited
Ellice graduated in 2015 with a degree in Printed Textile design from Winchester School of Art. Whilst at university, she entered the i-dott competition and through this won a work placement with CWV Wallcoverings. Ellice joined the CWV team as a junior designer at the beginning of 2016 and is now a key member of the design team. With a keen interest in research and trends, she follows designs from initial concept through to finished product, travelling to factories in both the UK and abroad to produce innovative and contemporary wallpaper. Working closely with designers, factories and industry professionals, Ellice has helped to create and develop a range of successful collections for the Crown and Coloroll brands.

Jody graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University in 2012 with a degree in Fashion, taking a particular interest in print design. During university she was fortunate enough to have undertaken trips to a number of European studios, only adding to her love of travel and different cultures. Shortly after graduating, Jody travelled to China to lecture at Ningbo University and design for the Chinese market. After a short return to fashion in the UK, Jody finally returned to her Blackburn roots in 2013 to join Graham & Brown’s design studio creating developing designs & collections for wallpapers, wall art and kids décor. Jody has a great passion for trends worldwide & loves experimenting with new design styles. With an understanding of the industry as a younger designer, she is always keen to see new talent from all over the world.
